- 5 Energy Center: Teachings and practices for building a strong foundation – Lower Dan Tian, Snow Mountain (Kundalini), Message Center (Heart Chakra), Zu Qiao (Yintang), and 3rd Eye (Pineal Gland)
- Qi Channel practice to heal all sickness (Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual)
