At the end of 2012, I moved to California during a divorce, and after a company layoff. Fortunately, I relied on meditation, qigong, and yoga to transform negative emotions to uplift my self-esteem to adopt, adapt, and adjust to a new lifestyle in the San Francisco Bay Area.
During this transformation, I became a Reiki Master Teacher, taught yoga in Ayurveda clinics, and ventured into a whole new realm of healing and transformation. In 2013, a colleague introduced me to the teachings and practices of Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha.
Over the next 8 years, I attended many of Master Sha’s workshops, healing events, and spiritual retreats all over the world. After learning many ancient spiritual soul-healing techniques, eventually I became a Master Teacher at Master Sha’s Tao Academy in 2021.
The ‘Eight Steps Time and Practice Session’ is designed for anyone seeking to increase physical vitality and emotional balance. It is ideal for both beginners new to Tao practices and advanced practitioners looking to deepen their technique.
You will learn the eight fundamental steps of 8 Gems Qi Gong Movement. The focus is on transforming negative information into positive frequencies, clearing energetic blockages, and strengthening the immune system through targeted movement.
No, no prior experience in dance or meditation is required. All exercises are guided step-by-step with detailed instructions, allowing every participant to follow the movements effortlessly.
You only need comfortable clothing that allows for free movement and enough space for simple steps in your room. A mat is not strictly necessary as the exercises are primarily performed standing.
